I’m Ebony, a woman of many passions—an educator, designer, leader, and lifelong learner who believes in doing what sets my soul on fire. Whether I’m teaching hundreds of students, facilitating training for colleagues, or hosting a community Spelling Bee, I bring the same authenticity, curiosity, and energy that you might also find in me dancing around my living room or wandering through nature on a reflective walk.

With over a decade of global experience in education, instructional design, and community development, I’m driven by a commitment to creating meaningful social impact. I’ve designed inclusive and engaging learning experiences using frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, and UDL, and tools like Articulate 360, Figma, and Canva. My work has spanned classrooms, leadership teams, and international organisations, where I’ve built partnerships, championed accessibility, and fostered environments where every learner can thrive.

At this stage of my journey, I’m embracing every opportunity to blend creativity with purpose—whether that’s empowering underrepresented students as a leadership coach, designing curriculum that transforms engagement, or collaborating across cultures to make learning more equitable. I’ve never believed in having just one career path; instead, I’ve followed my inner voice, trusted in possibility, and taken bold steps to align my work with my passions.
